Common Questions
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
You can cancel before the next billing cycle with no future charges, but any amount already paid for a monthly membership is non-refundable. Annual memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly memberships are non-refundable once any payment has been made, regardless of the amount paid or how much of the membership period remains.
Is there a day pass option?
Yes. Day passes are available. We also offer 3-day and weekly passes. No registration required — just walk in.
Do I get access to all floors?
All membership plans include access to all three floors. The second-floor silent room has a strict no-talking policy that all members must follow.
How do I book a seat in advance?
Monthly and longer-term members can reserve specific seats via our mobile app up to 24 hours in advance.
Can I borrow books and take them home?
Monthly and annual members can borrow up to 2 books at a time for a 14-day lending period. Day pass holders have in-house access only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash at the front desk. Receipts are issued for all transactions.
