• —Membership and payment details — the plan you hold, subscription history, and transaction records from eSewa, Khalti, or cash payments.
• —Activity data — attendance check-in/out via your member QR code, seat bookings, locker bookings, and book borrowing history.
• —Device information — a push notification token, used only to deliver app notifications.
• —Messages you send our WhatsApp assistant or staff, to respond to your questions and provide support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• —Create and manage your membership account, including phone + OTP verification.
• —Process seat bookings, attendance, locker bookings, and book borrowing.
• —Process membership payments and send payment receipts.
• —Send you service notifications — such as booking confirmations, subscription reminders, or notices.
• —Respond to your questions, whether asked in person, via our WhatsApp assistant, or by email.
• —Maintain the security of our members, staff, and the space.

4. How We Protect Your Data

Access to your account is protected using JWT-based authentication and, for members, phone + OTP verification rather than a stored password. Staff and admin accounts require an email and password.

We limit access to member data to staff who need it to operate the space and process your membership.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment information is shared only with our payment partners — eSewa and Khalti — to the extent necessary to process a transaction. We may also share information where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and activity information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward, for record-keeping and legal purposes.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.
